To lead this initiative, we are recruiting a select group of motivated individuals for our AI-Powered Digital Marketing Trainee Program. This program is a career launchpad designed to develop passionate learners into skilled, agency-ready professionals.

The Traineeship Opportunity

This is a paid, career-building program for aspiring marketers. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working on live international client projects from day one. Trainees will be equipped with the latest AI marketing tools and will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the program. We are investing in talent who will become core members of our future team.

Key Trainee Specializations

  • AI-Powered Content Creator Trainee (Arabic): Create authentic and culturally relevant Arabic content for the GCC market, enhanced by AI. Ideal for candidates with native or expert Arabic proficiency and a deep understanding of GCC culture.
  • AI-Powered SEO Trainee: Drive organic traffic by mastering SEO strategy and leveraging AI-powered analytical tools. Ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset and a curiosity for search engine mechanics.
  • AI-Powered Social Media & PPC Trainee: Manage social media and paid ad campaigns to generate leads, using AI to optimize performance. Ideal for data-driven candidates with an interest in social media trends and analytics.

Candidate Profile

We prioritize attitude and aptitude over extensive experience. We are looking for individuals with:

  • A genuine passion for building a career in digital marketing.
  • An intense desire to learn and master new skills, particularly with AI technology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English or Arabic.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • A related Degree or Diploma is beneficial, but your drive and interest are most important.

Program Details and Career Outcomes

  • Duration: This is a 6-month intensive training program. Based on performance, the traineeship may be extended up to 12 months.
  • Stipend: A monthly stipend will be provided throughout the traineeship to support your commitment.
  • Training: You will receive structured, hands-on training with AI tools on live international projects under the guidance of an experienced digital strategist.
